Our Shipping Policy

Order processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Pre-order products will be dispatched according to the estimated release or arrival date shown on the product page.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery within India:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
• Remote locations: 5–12 business days

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery.

Damaged or missing packages

Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery at [support email]. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs and an unedited unboxing video.

OPcardIN is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier, but we will assist customers in raising an investigation.
