Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from OPcardIN, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders and correct product information or pricing errors.

Trading-card images may be used for illustration. Colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting, printing and display settings.

Card condition

Card conditions avant product page. Minor differences in condition assessment do not necessarily mean that a product was misrepresented.

A raw card is not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC or another grading company.

Orders and payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by OPcardIN. We may cancel or refund an order because of stock discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraud or circumstances preventing fulfilment.

Intellectual property

Product names, card artwork, game logos and character names belong to their respective owners. OPcardIN is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Bandai, The Pokémon Company, PSA or other rights holders unless explicitly stated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OPcardIN will not be responsible for indirect losses resulting from website use, courier delays, market-price changes or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided under applicable consumer law.
